Covid-19 has definitively shown that without digital tools, participation is an exclusive matter. Every project should be accompanied, but not replaced(!), by appropriate support in an online environment. The easier it is for citizens to get involved, the more difficult it is to manage participation.
As with all participation, it is also true for digital tools that a poorly chosen tool is worse than none! That is why we help municipalities with the selection of appropriate tools.
In recent years, we have created a set of digital tools for the most typical processes of participatory design and planning. They represent the intersection of simplicity and effectiveness. They are based on our methodologies, which are used by dozens of municipalities in the Czech Republic and can be found on a special website www.digitalniagora.cz.
