Whether it is negotiations in the preparation of strategic documents, negotiations within research projects or conferences, Agora CE is a connector, mediator, facilitator. Thanks to our experience in moderating discussions and negotiations between parties with different (sometimes even conflicting) interests, we can prepare the conditions that make it easier for the parties involved to reach a result.

Examples of methods
We help to conduct negotiations in small and larger groups. We use the method for personal dialogue between people who do not usually meet. It is a good way to communicate attitudes, opinions, and experiences, even those that have not yet been formulated. We have successfully used the method, for example, in the preparation of the Strategic Framework Czech Republic 2030, in discussions on cultural and creative industries, etc.
We have implemented several workshops for ČZU in the Pilsen region. The aim was to identify the ideal path for the development of agriculture from the perspective of the private, state and non-profit sectors.
We contributed to the formation of several visions for agriculture in terms of sustainability for the future.
ČZU subsequently processed the data and Agora CE, together with the participants, defined the steps to achieve the vision.

Who will bring the most interesting innovation to the city?
The Creative Cities method was created by the British Council. We use the game “City of the Future”. This is a two-day planning workshop, the aim of which is for teams to come up with the most interesting innovation for the city.
We were the only ones in the Czech Republic to hold a three-day international “Idea Bakery” in Pilsen. It generated original ideas for cultural life in Pilsen, as well as ideas for a competitive advantage for Pilsen in the competition for the title of European City of Culture. The city of Pilsen did indeed win the title in 2014, perhaps thanks to the “Idea Bakery” we organized.
